The workshop will take place at the Yoga Garden Retreat near Wakefield, Quebec http://www.yogagarden.ca/ Great way for you to have a fun day exploring the process of creation set in beautiful surroundingsof the Fall season.
Letting Go Through Art (Mixed Media) – For Adults $120 (includes a healthy lunch)
Guidance by Žaneta Pernicova
Opening up to the possibilities brought on by letting go via Art expression. We will be taking a look at different techniques of creating, while focusing on not being in control. Inviting the space of a meditative environment to make the journey into letting go in a deep self-exploratory experience.
No experience is needed to participate.
